Mr Barysevich took great care of me, and helped me find a solution to what was a distressing situation. My current 2018 Mini Clubman had a leaky sunroof leading to water damage and mold inside the car. I am highly sensitive to molds, and the car had been making me sick for a while before I figured out the cause. While the cause of the leak was apparently fixed during the service appointment, the contaminated headliner remained a problem, replacement would have been expensive, would have taken a long rime due to missing parts. Due to my health concerns, this was a non-tenable situation for me.Dzianis helped me identify a new incoming Clubman that same day, and facilitated trade-in.At the time of writing this review, the transition has not been finalized, but I am confident that all will be well when the new car arrives later this week.
