Good service

My experience was great!! The customer level of customer service was amazing. The gentlemen at the counter was so friendly and explained everything to me so patiently.

Was a long wait but worth it in the end

I visited the Crown Mini of Richmond showroom in August of 22 where I met my sales consultant James G. I and was able to test drive a few models. Once convinced that the mini cooper was my next dream car, I designed my car, and followed through on the short process of confirmation of the exact details desired. The car was ordered and delivered to the showroom in 3 months, less that I expected. I visited the showroom, met with James again to finish up the process. James went over all the details of the car and sale, walked me through the final process. He was friendly and professional through it all. The showroom was comfortable and the team was accommodating. This experience was a very good one and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I was very pleased with the service for my 2013 Mini Cooper Coupe last week. I always feel that Crown Mini provide excellent customer service and expert car care.
