The visit was fine; however, after leaving the dealership, I noticed my 'new' tire actually looked worse than my 3 old tires. Apparently that was due to some gel that was put on the tire -- but, it should have been cleaned up (given my car was washed @ dealer) before it was returned to me.

Perfect! This is the 5th car I have bought from Charles!

The service work itself was done on time and well. Steve is great at explaining things and I never feel that I have unneeded work suggested or performed. However, the environmental fee of $50 on top of the labor and parts is ridiculous and I'm still peeved by the broken promise of free state inspections for however long I owned the MINI.

James is really great to work with. My second Mini we dealt with him on.

This dealer took excellent care of me. I was able to drop the car off and be picked up to go see a show while they worked on my car. They rotated my tires and took care of my concern with the "squeaky noise" I was hearing. Then they washed my car and had it ready for me to pick up after the show! Steve was so kind to let me know not to rush after the show since the sales department was still open. Thanks Steve!

My service experience was excellent. Trayvon was especially helpful and even got me a phone charger to use so I could work while I waited there. I was very impressed and will be back!
