Our salesman Mr. Gardner was fantastic! He was patient, accommodating and very professional. I would have given 5 stars but Tyler in the business office rushed the process and was not patient.

I scheduled an oil change and a state inspection. I was waited on as soon as I arrived for the appointment and my car was ready when promised. All Crown associates were professional and pleasant.

Buying our first Mini could not have been more pleasant. The salesman, Deonte Levi employed a soft touch that was relaxing as we made our decision. He swung into action when the trigger was pulled. Answering all our questions accurately and calmly. He was doing multiple sales and support at the time and was truly amazing keeping all together! Tyler made the bottom line easy and down right fun! I will be back to but another car with your auto group!

Dzianis was knowledgeable and communicative. That said it took over seven months for my vehicle to arrive. It appeared that there was a lot of optimism from the sales team about it arriving in 4, then 5, then 6, then ultimately 7 months. A more straightforward understanding of its delivery time would have been a lot easier on me for planning purposes.I’ve had the car less than a week, but love her to death. Dzianis was helpful in explaining all her bells and whistles.There was a little hiccup when I went to pick her up; the bonnet stripes that were noted on the order had not been applied. Dzianis and his team had them added before we were through with the financing team!Excited to be part of Team MINI!

I bought my second JCW convertible from Mr. Gardner at Crown Mini. He is the BEST! Found my perfect car way out in CA. Took care of us and that car from almost 3 years. I was there for an oil change and walked over to say hi, little did I know I would walk away with another beautiful JCW. Mr. Gardner was patient with me and took care of my trade in. Called and followed up to make sure that I made it home safely with thr new car. There is another Mini dealership closer to home, I will travel to work with Mr. Gardner and his team for the level of service they provide every time!
