This was either my 3rd or possibly 4th Mini. I know what I wanted. Dennis helped me get all the paperwork correct. The finance man was also very helpful, I paid cash. I keep comming back as I like my Mini.

I have just purchased my 3rd MINI in the last 5.5 years. I love the MINI experience and am delighted with the 3rd Countryman.

My sales person "Dennis" was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I was not planning to purchase another car but Matt , and Josh at Acura gave me a good trade-in value on my 21 RDX, and one thing led to another. My wife passed away a few months ago, and it was time to make a complete break from an SUV to something completely different (but I wasn't ready to make that desicion)a Mini convertible. Your personnel, especially Dennis was understanding , and could have walked away at anytime, but he made the difference. Great team! This was my third car from Crown, and I would and do recommend them often.

The technician was helpful

Steve really saved my bacon. My Mini started running rough literally while I was on the way to school pick up. I tried to call Mini service but was sent to the BMW receptionist. She was nice but tried to get me to schedule online, and I was literally in my car having an issue. I secured my kid and drove straight to the dealership rather than risk a breakdown/tow. Steve immediately checked me in and we were able to get an Uber home. He was sincerely apologetic about not being able to offer me a shuttle ride or a loaner. The team assessed the car that evening and were able to fix the problem in the morning, allowing me to pick up by 3PM so I could get back to normal. I could tell that while Steve was stretched thin, he was working so hard to make sure I had a great experience and to help me get back on the road.I am giving you guys 5 stars because of Steve. I missed being able to connect with the service desk, I missed a loaner/shuttle, Steve was also not able to update me in the way he used to (I have been coming to you guys for about 8 years now). But, while he is under staffed, his commitment to great service continues to shine through. I hope you guys are able to get back to the way it was but in these lean times, Steve is a gem and should be valued!!!

Great first time experience. Steve S. was super helpful and made sure our little mini was taken care of for all her brake and oil service due this time. I’m not sure if the 5 point inspection was done and if free car wash is still an option but I would like those done next time if you still offer those concierge items.
