It was on a professional level. I was not being pushed or rushed into anything.

My recent visit with Crown Mini was a long one due to a national battery shortage. Service staff did provide a rental car, but not from Mini. I felt unsure about what was going on with my car, and also worried that we might end up with the fees from the rental car that I drove for over a month. Ultimately the service staff were able to replace the battery, and the accidental charges from the rental car company were reversed. Very happy to be back in my Mini!

Service was great but had to wait a little too long

They lost my car. It had not been properly logged in and was sitting out back. If we had not called to check the progress of the work it could have been a long while before anything was done. Once it was found everything else went smoothly.
