I finally have my new Mini!! James Gardner kept me updated through the whole process while it was being built and shipped across the Atlantic. Since I had to order it to be made for me specifically, I was able to hand pick everything that I wanted in my Mini Cooper S (2 door). It drives like a dream.

The staff at Crown Mini are professional, informative, and friendly. Scheduling a service call is easy. They are responsive and accommodating. I’m buying my second mini this summer and the excellent service was a large part of my decision… that and driving a mini is the most fun ever!
