My dealings with James Gardner were great. He was most attentive and helpful. I wasn't too kean on how the manager handled my trade in value for my 2016 Mini. He sent me an email stating he would give us 125% of the value of the car. The value he quoted was at the lowest of the Blue book value and he gave reasons such as "needs new tires, has a hx of fender bender". When we had it valued at CarMax it was valued at $500 less than his quote (they obviously take off for the same things). So $500 doesn't show the additional 25% for sure. After much haggling he increased the trade in by an additioal $500. We finally gave in..
