The service advisors are always professional and friendly plus my vehicle is always completed when promised.

James went beyond what most car dealers do to ensure our experience of getting a new mini was perfect. He listened to what we were looking for, found a car that was on the list of being delivered and kept us up to date regularly on its progress. He also was wonderful in helping us sell our car and checked to make sure it had gone well. We are now the proud owners of 2 minis.

I came in for two rear tires and an alignment that had been deferred from November. The service manager (Tim) was affable as he always is when I arrived and when I was leaving. My service took a little longer than expected but I was told that was due to the cold temperatures that day but it cost $150.00 less than what I was quoted in November. The only small complaint I have is after my vehicle has been serviced in the past there is usually a complimentary car wash and vacuuming provided but no mention was made on this past visit. I'm assuming it had to do with the cold temperatures again or a change in policy due to COVID-19.

Easy to set up. Easy to respond to suggested services. All in all a great experience.

Crown MINI replaced shorted / burned headlight socket with new head light assembly. My 2017 Pre-Owned Clubman was still under warranty. Always a good thing. Service Dept. gets excellent rating.
