I was stranded after my car sprang a leak in Skippers VA about about 4 miles from the NC-VA border. Tim from the service department was amazing. He worked with my wife to reserve a loaner car (knowing I was on my way to SC) and ensured me they would be able to look at my car the next day. When I arrived at the dealership at 730pm in a tow truck, the loaner car was there waiting for me. The salesman that had the keys was extremely helpful. I received a phone call the next day at 11am letting me know what the problem was, and they had the car repaired and ready for me to pick up the next day. Amazing service. Extremely courteous staff. Would definitely recommend Crowne Mini of Richmond (for emergencies or otherwise). Thank you for saving me from a ruined holiday!

Always provide a pleasant service experience every time we visit. We live in Virginia Beach and the service department goes out of their way to ensure we are taken care of.

Always good diagnosis and work. Easy contactless experience that included a loaner car (beautiful 2020 Mini!!!) and very hard transmission problem was solved in one visit. Good enthusiast people who know Minis and what to do when they need help. Thanks to everyone in Service and Parts for keeping me in my toy!

This is my 3rd Mini Cooper. And I keep returning because of the level of service provided by Steve and Dan at Crown Mini here in Richmond. Everyone in service is an excellent transparent communicator. They always explain in a way I can understand what is going on with my vehicle and why it is important. They are very good at going over the costs involved. They also go over possible future maintenance and what it may cost and why it is important. They are just nice people also. Everyone in Service is excellent.
