Great customer service, expedient and accommodating!

Excellent service, as always. Everyone is very knowledgeable regarding service needed. Never take my Mini anywhere other than Crown Mini.

I took my vehicle in because there were a few drips of oil under my car. They fixed it but a few days later I was still having drips. I was pretty frustrated because the repair shop is about 40 minutes away and I am really busy with work. My father was able to take the car back in. They repaired my oil leak at no cost since the repair wasn’t taken care of from the first visit. As always, they were really friendly and professional.

Steve did an excellent job in getting my mini emergency taken care of.

Everytime I come in all answers are answered and additional information about my mini is given. They are quick with all my services and I would never go to another shop to get my mini looked at!
