I had an oil leak and that was fixed! I also had an issue with a piece of trim. It was given back to be the exact same way I had dropped it off. I was told it was fixed. Tim looked at it before I left and he’s ordering a new part. So I have to go back and have the new one put on. Should’ve been fixed the first time!

I have always had good customer service and maintenance on my MINI Countryman. Crown MINI gets her in quickly, and even washes her for me, before I pick her up.

Mr. James Gardner was a fine gentleman with style and grace. He came in on his vacation to make sure all was well with my purchase of an all electric Mini 2021. Anton the financial person was also first class. He answered all my questions and gave the impression of being honest and informative. I was quite impressed with my Mini in the center of the showroom floor with a big red bow around it, that certainly enhanced the sale. Bravo to all at Crown Mini-You have a very satisfied customer.

As always, staff very helpful, smiling (even behind a mask) and took time to explain each service and why it was needed and completed. You guys are the best............sales staff stopped by to see if they could do anything while we waited .
