Called ahead seeking advice on tire options. I have run flats and had a flat down in Petersburg. Was told to bring my tire in and they would be able to get me set up with a new one. Everything was great, service department was friendly and took little to no time to fix the tire!

James was friendly and answered all of my questions. He showed all the features of the Mini Countryman that are different from the car that I had been using.... this was not a small feat though I loved my 2006 Saab SW my new Cooper is wonderful and there was so much to learn..... I love love love and James was great at showing me the different features! Love it. and I would recommend James to my friends.....

I am on my 3rd or 4th Mini. One reason why I like them is that the service at Crown Mini is excellent. They have always gone out of their way for me. They will readily explain to me what is going in terms I can understand. They go over what this might cost and what else they might find so I do not get any surprises. They look out for me and are proactive. In addition they are really nice people. Crown Mini service keps me coming back, for maybe 15 years.
