I'm a fan of the cool sporty Mini but, I bought a used Nissan Frontier from Crown Mini. As I learned later because the previous owner of my Frontier bought a Mini. Enough on that. Crown Mini people are service, ease, and friendly oriented. I go back to Crown Mini about two times a year to have Resistol applied. 1. The appointment process, EASY. 2. The convenient calendar reminder, EASY. 3. Upon arrival, greeted by name, and expected service to be performed, NICE. 4. Pleasant, professional, courteous people working at Crown, REFRESHING. 5. The wait was not long considering the results is like receiving a brand new car each time I go, IMPRESSED.

I was in for maintenance on my current Mini and told the service manager I was giving the car to my daughter and needed a new Mini for myself. He walked me up to the sales department and set me up with a sales rep. From there it was just a couple of days before I drove off the lot with a Certified Pre-Owned Countryman. It could have happened that day but I needed time to decide between three models :)
