I came by to test drive a Mini Cooper because I'd never driven one before. I ended up buying it because I was so in love! Dennis was a great salesman. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

Bad news first: I have been to service center three times asking for evaluation of tire pressure CC-ID149 with flashing yellow light .Apparently your business cannot or will attend to this extremely annoying matter. You do not hesitate to repair and charge $700 for a fan and get the work done. Is this but an insult because I am a woman or because I am WHAT? Three journeys to your shop and not any response other than indifference. How is this supposed to end? Second....very unhappy mini driver!!

My 2006 MINI Cooper S was not even fully assembled, let alone running when I trailered it to Crown MINI of Richmond. They not only got it running, they improved it's performance considerably and detailed it before returning it to me. Courtney Cormier and his team really went above and beyond. Really top notch service and they will not leave any stone unturned! 5 stars

Very pleased with the service visit. In and out. Tim ,in service, was great. I have been dealing here since 2004, have bought 6 new cars since then and have been very satisfied. If not, trust me I would not be back. I have seen several managers & salesman go thru the door over the years. Thumbs up, `10' AA++

Car was towed to dealership. Service communicated with about problems. Service tech diagnosed the problem and recommendations for repairs were communicated along with pricing estimates... That was professional and thorough management. Also offered a way to pay for it over time. Truly excellent!
