Saturday the 16 May went to Crown to meet our car club for a rally. Realized my inspection due asked if they could do it ," no problem" ready in 30 min's awesome, service.

Service staff are great, I waiting for the service to be complete and brought work to keep me busy... All went well until your sales team started appearing, they are so loud!! Always are and it is annoying, I turned the tv down, and their voices and brainless conversation comes down until one of them turned the radio on and up goes their voice pitch.... I will have to remember to get a loan car next time...

We were experiencing trouble on our drive from pa to SC, we call the dealership since it was in our route, they told us to stop in. They checked our car, made a fix and got us back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone we great. Thank you

On Friday, May 1st, 2020, i responded to an email Crown Mini Service Department and exchanged information regarding scheduling an appointment for my Mini-Cooper to be serviced. I listed what should be done. I scheduled an appointment to bring my car to the service department at 7:30 a.m. When i brought my car in, I spoke to Tim and he assured me that the work I requested would be done. At 4:00 p.m., I called to see if my car was ready to be picked up. The only work that appeared to be done was the state inspection. My car had not be detailed or sanitized. I called when I got home and talked to Tim, Revin, and Steve. Revin called me back and apologized, assuring me that he would make sure everything was taken care of, and it was. I think communication broke down during the email exchange on Friday. The person online did not seem knowledgeable. The ultimate outcome was what I have come to expect from Crown Automotive. From now on, I will make sure I talk to a real person, either in person, or by telephone. Thank you very much for your professional and excellent service. Cordially yours, karen gegner rohr, ph.d,

The Service Dept at Mini of Richmond has always been the utmost in professional. I am glad we have them to help us with our vehicles.
