Steven, and the entire service staff, were very pleasant and knowledgeable, and graciously accommodating to me on my journey south through Virginia. A minor issue that seemed more compelling when the warning lights popped up on my 2018 MINI’s display was easily and professionally addressed and resolved by your terrific service department.

Crown always does an amazing job servicing my minis - I have owned three and will continue to use this dealership to buy my cars. They are efficient and friendly, and the Mini lounge is a great place to work while getting your car serviced.

I bought a Mini S during Thanksgiving. They need to ship my car from another state, therefore there’s wait. End up there was some transport error and they shipped the car to the wrong place. Despite the setback, the service was excellent and they comp me for the long wait. I am overall satisfied and happy with them.

I live over 70 miles away. so I had to hang around during repairs. I had a number of issues with my Mini, so I was there for about 3 hours. The waiting area was comfortable, and I was kept informed throughout my wait. All my issues were resolved and the service staff were very courteous and helpful.
