As always my interaction with the service department was excellent as always. Unfortunately there was a small hiccup with my oil change. It forced a trip to a different dealership to correct; however, the guys at Crown were very supportive and took care of ensuring my MINI was repaired correctly!

Just performed the first maintenance service on our Mini, and the service team is fantastic! I am so glad we opted for the additional warranty, too--what a deal since I'm a high mileage driver. Steve addressed all of my questions and concerns and the service was great--and my car is sparkling clean again too. Steve and the entire team at Crown are a pleasure to work with!

Outstanding service! I couldn't be more pleased. I had taken my car to another dealer who, after two visits, could not fix, let alone or even identify, the problem. Yet they charged almost $700 in "diagnostic" and programming fees. When I wen t to Crown they correctly diagnosed the problem (a misaligned sensor) and repaired it at no cost! The service staff at Crown couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and were very flexible in scheduling to meet my needs. They restored my faith in the MINI USA organization.

Crowne Mini Service is well organized and efficient. I needed a part ordered so that my Mini would pass inspection. I scheduled a time, brought my car in, was given a loaner for the day, and the repair was finished before the day was over. Steve does an excellent job of keeping things running smoothly. If your Mini needs service this is the place to go.
