We were greeted quickly and pleasantly. Steve was his usual friendly and knowledgeable self. While waiting, we had the pleasure of meeting Alex and briefly renewing friendship with James; two most professional and pleasant men. It's always such a pleasure to visit Crown.

I would definitely give Crown Mini a 5 star rating. Everyone at the service desk was personable and helpful. I was impressed by how clean and attractive the service dept was....thank you!

We love the dealership! People are friendly, they listen, and they are knowledgable. The catch? The dealership is in Richmond, not Charlottesville; at least it is on the nearest side of Richmond! We love the car! But, if we were buying today, there are a couple of things we would do differently, and salespeople might be able to help. I would take the time and trouble to order a car without the moon roof--that thing is a huge heat source in summer and runs the AC hard, not to mention frying the occupants if one opens the curtain. Main drawback of the car? It is digital and technical even when being so does not help. Source, IMO? It is a BMW, and the clientele for that brand is heavily young, tech-savvy males. Tech is great when it does something useful, and those of us in other demographics have no problem learning what helps us. However, we do not enjoy tech just for the fun of performing a digital process. A lot of it, like hooking my phone to my car, I can just omit. Why? Some of it, like having to reset the tire sensor every time I check my tire pressure, I can't avoid. Tire sensors set to the proper pressure have been around for a long time and work fine. Why impose a pointless process on the car owner? If one makes an error due to a badly calibrated tire gauge, it could even set the wrong pressure as the standard. Why do that?
