I have 3, 1st Gen MINI's and had new keys made for two of them. Service department programmed the keys and looked over both cars.

Service writer was prompt, courteous, and efficient. We were given a loaner allowing us so errands and have lunch while the Countryman was serviced. I have had nothing but good experiences with Crown Mini.

We bought a used car from Crown Mini of Richmond that was a trade in from another customer. The car was a 2002 Cooper S and needed a little TLC. The service department and dealership did a wonderful job fixing the issues. We are delighted to be driving a classic 1st Gen around town.

I had our 2010 Mini towed from Lynchburg to Richmond for repair as there are no Mini dealerships anywhere near our home in Lynchburg VA. As fate would have it our Mini jumped time as I have read has been a recurring problem with many others due to issues with the tensioner. I was told that our car was not one of the cars that fell within the timeframe it was built to be covered under any type of warranty. My service coordinator at Crown (Steve) and his manager had contacted Mini which I also had done previously about the issues with my car as everything that happened to it was identical to the many others I had read about. Fortunately, Mini supplied all of the parts required to repair our car. Thank You. I was told that in addition we received a preferred rate for the cost of labor. Thank You. That being said, I am not totally satisfied that I did not receive a full or at least more substantial break on the labor cost as I have read has been done with others. The service team at the dealership did exactly what they said they would with our car repair and we picked it up this past Saturday. They were very tentative to our needs, listened carefully and went out of their way to get us the help we received. Our Mini is once again running great and is awesome to drive. Thanks
