It is always a joy to visit Richmond Mini. Trayvon is fabulous about explaining what repairs are needed, how to get the best use from the vehicle, and how to use the mini app on my Android. So nice that he also has an Android. Then there is Justin, who always makes me laugh no matter how mad I am about bringing my car in for service. I'll keep saying this. Justin has a gift for putting a customer at ease - I can be a DIFFICULT customer.The Countryman has been a dream car for years. However, I am strongly considering trading it for a car that doesn't have me tied to the dealership. I regret not doing more homework about the car other than reliability.I am grateful for Justin and Trayvon.
