It was a great experience.

Steve is so friendly and helpful each time I bring my MINI in for service! This visit was for a windshield replacement on my three month old MINI. He explained the process thoroughly when I set my appointment over the phone. He guided me through the process of insurance reimbursement. Steve said the new windshield needed to cure overnight, but would be recalibrated first thing the next morning. True to his word, my MINI was washed, repaired and ready to go by 9:30 am. Thank you to Steve and the MINI service guys!
