Steve, my service person, was prompt, personable and professional. Got my MINI in and out fast and I really appreciated this since I drove from out of town for my service appointment. Excellent experience!

Fast and friendly service.

I arrived early for a regular service appointment, and my Mini was taken in immediately. The service coordinator (same individual I have worked with for several years) told me what to expect, offered some service options and kept me informed during the process. Altogether a good experience.

Stephen was very helpful and communicated all necessary repairs to me prior to proceeding work

Service advisors are very friendly and communicate in a very informational manner with concern for the guest

Everyone in the service department was very accommodating and helpful.
