Getting the service appointment was easy. Steve did a great job of explaining what was needed, how long it might take, and answered all my questions ably and politely. I came prepared to wait, and, other than being under dressed for the air conditioned waited area, it was a smooth and not unpleasant experience.

I drove 2.2 hours to get a warranty item repaired with Crown Mini. From the first call, the service team listened to my concerns and were quick to find a solution. They contacted me after a few days, found a resolution, ordered my parts and communicated amazingly over several days. Trayvon was excellent, courteous, professional and helpful. His manager was comforting at my arrival and was extremely helpful. They took care of my vehicle and the Mini Cooper is fixed! I’ll return for a 2nd part, but I was impressed by the service and attention to details. Thank you! Hope to interact again with the great staff in service! Worth the drive!
