Has nothing to do with Crown, but it still seems strange to me that my vehicle is equipped with the "remote start" function but it's disabled unless I pay a monthly fee. Shame on Mitsubishi for that scam.

The pricing quoted for a repair to a switch on the steering wheel was around 500 dollars which is outrageous in regards to other shops quoting less than half. VERY VERY disappointingThe men’s restroom was dirty and had no soap.

Would like to have measurements of items such as tire depth, brake wear, at the end of service, in paper form.

I'm glad finally was informed that they reached out to headquarters again about my android auto that keeps kicking on and off. When I and their service people have tried and made sure absolutely all possible issues with were addressed. But yes my android auto is not putting out error codes but has been doing this started 6 months after I bought the car brand new. Would like to have the system replaced to make sure it's not going to keep malfunctioning. I do travel a lot and that was the main reason I bought the car.Very pleasant people

Customer service is always very welcoming. The waiting room is very comfortable. All in all everyone was kind and very thorough!Great customer service!
