Was told popping in sensor on front bumper would take 30-45minutes. Arrived @8, waited, didn’t leave till 9:30.Kept having to ask service advisor if I needed to get a ride to my daughters, that I was supposed to be there @9 to babysit my grandson. Kept saying from 8:45-9:30 almost done, almost done. I could have set up to leave the car from the start, but was told it would only take 30-45 minutes.Just have better communication throughout process, I shouldn’t have to keep going in & asking. Like I said earlier, I could have left the car & set up a ride so that I could get where I needed to be on time. I know things can come up, but reconnecting a sensor in the bumper shouldn’t take 1 1/2 hrs I wouldn’t think.So had to bring car back in because work done @ Mitsubishi on Bridgeport Hill that replaced my wiring harness & the front sensor on front bumper fell out. Also had a cover missing from one of the seatbelt bolts that didn’t have while in there, so had to be ordered

USED A CREDIT CARD,,,,AND MACHINE WAS DOWN FOR A VERY,LONG TIME...I have said enought,,,,this is too long of a survey....The young gal,who opens the door,and takes your car,,,was the sweetest,nicest,young lady,then when service was complete,,the gal checking me out,paying,,,was a delight also. She was having a terrible time,using my credit card,,,as system was down,for over a half hour??? No vault of hers...but made my 9am appt ,over at 11am? long time for only an oil change.dont ya think???

my name is not stacey and I traded the mitshubishi for another brand of vehicle so you can take me off your survey listservice department staff is nice and friendly. Waiting area is nice and clean, there is coffee and snacks.

Two service appointments ago, I brought up a concern (gear shifter plastic molding was deteriorating) and was told that the regional manager would review the case and contact me, but I never heard back from him/her. I reminded the service tech of the issue again and still have not heard anything. I am not angry at the dealership, as they took the photos and made the notes for the regional manager, and I fully expected a cooperative fixing of the issue, but it seems strange that I am called all the time for these surveys yet can't seem to get a straight answer from the regional manager on my issue.Fast and friendly; took my car right away.
