Two service appointments ago, I brought up a concern (gear shifter plastic molding was deteriorating) and was told that the regional manager would review the case and contact me, but I never heard back from him/her. I reminded the service tech of the issue again and still have not heard anything. I am not angry at the dealership, as they took the photos and made the notes for the regional manager, and I fully expected a cooperative fixing of the issue, but it seems strange that I am called all the time for these surveys yet can't seem to get a straight answer from the regional manager on my issue.Fast and friendly; took my car right away.

Check the first one that I just put in.It was clean, nice waiting area. But the servers I’m not sure about.Like I said before. I’m in question if service was actually done the top was charged for. When the wiper blade wasn’t changed like it was supposed to be a coupon then that would make me question if any of the other stuff was done. When I talk to them, they act like they was concerned, but I actually don’t think there was. This is the first time I’ve had this bad of experience there. So I may think twice before my next service is done.They said their computer was down. I was unable to print me a copy of the work done.

The receptionist and staff were very accommodating and polite.
