No promises and let vehicle sit in shop for over an hour without even touching it.Not sure what is meant by "instructions", but signage and parking is pretty good. Need a call button for the service department though, cause writer is not always at the podium.No multipoint inspection, didn't know what came with the 2 year maintenance plan and kinda slow on the computer.Slower than molasses.Either get knowledgeable and competent staff, or don't have a dealership. Wouldn't have bought a Mitsubishi if I knew I was going to have this many problems getting my vehicle worked on.Not sure which service this survey is for since I went twice for the same thing. Didn't get an opportunity to reschedule at the dealer. Also, didn't receive any paperwork for the second visit.No direct phone line to service department. Dealership doesn't answer and they don't even know the extensions for their phone system.Nobody at service desk. Had to walk into the shop to get their attention. No alternate mode of transportation offered.

clean professional, I felt that the service crew really wanted to fix the problem .everyone was very friendly. the work was done in a timely manner.

I came in looking for a used vehicle. The competitive pricing on a new vehicle with the warranty protection meant there was greater value there in the long run. Shayne and Chris both listened and communicated very well.Everyone at the dealership was helpful and interested in what I wanted in a new vehicle.

A little misleading about the crown discount on the website. Military and first responders not Subject to and could have been listed separately.
