Most places have a free wash...Crown at this time does not have that convenience. The only wash is the prep area for new and used cars.I only suggested that when done with service to check for mechanics finger prints on the door areas and any place that contact was made. Also, use seat covers to remove any chance of soiling the fabric area of the seats.Originally scheduled for oil change and having the right armrest replaced.The wrong part was ordered..easy error...already rescheduled with correct item. Oil change was done quickly. I had asked about where the AC condensation drained...they checked that out also. Experience was great.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Met me on time in the lobby for my service appointment. Diagnosed my issue and fixed it quickly.

Overall the experience was a little long. We were close to walking out due to the amount of time it was taking. Then they got pushy with the extra stuff which I said multiple times I was not interested. I know it's new there, but the time it took needs to be worked on.
