I went in for an oil change and was informed on a recall that I had no idea about. They did the oil change and corrected the issue with the recall and explained everything.Customer service went above and beyond with making the wait comfortable. Definitely worth it.

I took my Rogue in for a routine service,and MOI. I was treated with courtesy, and professionalism by the Service Rep. Customer service area is welcoming with varying areas of engagement with other customers.

As always, Jim is great! He explains everything in detail. He provides recommendations for maintenance/repairs, but he isn't pushy. He follows through with updates.

Sales Rep was funny and very helpful. I went to numerous dealers and Nissan of Greenville gave me the best deal. The manager came out and introduced himeself , which was pleasant. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and helpful. Thank you
