The customer service representative was very courteous and professional. He gave me options for maintenance that Nissan suggests but did not try to push me into having it done.

I had an oil change and tire rotation service scheduled, but additional services were recommended during my car’s inspection. As always , my service advisor (Jim) was helpful in explaining each aspect and helping me understand my options.

The wait time wad just a little long.

Everything was great I called and said I was running late and did I need to reschedule the guy said to just come on and I liked the fact he knew my name. Will be coming back for sure. Job well done!

My technician Jim Keith took extra time to show me how some of the options on my dash work at my request. Since it’s a newer car, I have not had time to learn how everything works. He even told me some secrets about syncing my phone to the car. He was very patient, kind and attentive. He made me feel like I was the only customer there. That sure means a lot.
