Overall customer service is excellent. I brought my car in because of a fan malfunction in the AC. The only thing that left a bad taste on my mouth was the $125 fee to “diagnos” the problem with my car. I understand why this fee exists but you should consider crediting that towards the repair if it is done by this shop. I was already annoyed that I was having this problem with my car that is only three years old but that just added insult to injury.

Great experience every time. Everyone was very helpful. They were excellent but did not find anything. Did not charge for the diagnostic tests as they had not found it before so it was brought back for same problem.
