I will not use cruises.com again.t this is the second time that I've had issues with the associate she sent us a confirmation and a breakdown of the figures for the cruise at 4:45 called her back she had left for the day.I left her a message to call us following day she never called back here it is following day still hasn't returned my call so I talked to the help center and talk to someone else and ask her why are we being charged this much amount there's a 318.00 difference.she couldn't explain it either! so we still do not have an explanation of why we're being charged differently than what the room was advertised for a balcony, very disappointing.

Our agent, Angela, was great. She knew exactly what we needed. She processed our trip quickly, hassle free and did so with a great attitude. The kind of agent evryone would be glad to work with for their travel needs.

Sue was very good. I'm happy with my experience. First time with Cruises .com= I usually use Vacations to Go.
