I first had a representative and he never called me back and I really wanted to book this cruise. So I called back and your representative Christine Piccirillo answered and she was absolutely amazingShe needed to call me back the next day because the Norwegian was closed. And she did. But before we hung up the night I called she answered ever question and set. Me up for the next day. Everything was done to perfection. Christine really exceeded my expectation. I am ready to sail. No questions with anything. She even explained the cruise next rewards program to me. I have been a manager for 45 years. Keep her!

Only one issue, didn't understand the dinning assignment ( what the meaning was)
