Was a bait and switch ad said cruise drinks gratuity all included with balcony upgrade after receiving confi rmation drinks were not part of pkg called would not make it right. Want 260 for booking an d 100 for cruises.com again ad offered 26$ booking that's ok I have a big mouth I will tell everyone from now through cruise and during whole cruise my thoughts on my experience.

I’ve always admired cruise.com until I signed up with them. I always used to look at their website but didn’t think much of it until as I said I went depth into it and started to look around and I got to Crews from them a few times now and they’re very reasonable and they’re on the ball thank you guys. I’ll use you again soon.
