To get the “special” offers your website says “call”. How hard would it be to say “call before booking”? It very much appears your website is designed to be deceptive. I booked my cruise then called. Tough luck! Yes, you can click on the offering text to see the disclaimer, but the text does not use hyperlink convention. Again, deceptive. And why would I need to call when the whole point of a website is self service? I don’t want to spend an hour on the phone with a customer service agent.

My agent, Maria Anderson, was amazing!! She handled a difficult casino rewards booking with Royal Caribbean and made it so simple for me. Rather than being stuck on the phone for hours, she took my info, called the casino people and worked it out, and then called me back to finalize. She was even able to secure a stateroom for me with some upgrades! Also, she's wonderful to talk to. I highly recommend.
