Extremely long time to book in total. Ready to complete booking, but no perks as advertised could be added to our booking (on board credits and free specialty dining at one restaurant)so Dwight said he would have to book through Holland America in order to get those to attach so we spent another 30 or 40 minutes recreating the booking through Holland America. He still could not get it to work and we had to go back and start from scratch again. I was not able to get my additional perks so I’m frustrated with cruises.com

Everything was good right up until I got my confirmation and receipt. NOWHERE from beginning to payment page did it say anything about a service fee.
