Online, I provided the wrong zip code for my billing address associated with my credit card. I called and was put in touch with a very helpful lady. I do not remember her name, but her extension is 33639. she changed the zip and I was able to make my payment.I know she had to go all through my booking answers, but I thought that was a little over kill. I would have thought my booking number would have been enough, but I understand I do not see the big picture. thank you, Frank

Keokie Shannon was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We were able, over the course of a few days, to narrow down exactly what I wanted and to put deposit on a cruise for 2027.

I booked a cruise while on board and sent the confirmation to my TA. I learned that Royal did not advise my TA even though her name is on the confirmation. My TA immediately called me when she got my email and completed the sailing info lickety split. So easy and efficient. Did receive the booking benefits of the day. Thank you!
