Not sure, the booking went fine but I am in limbo currently, When I spoke to the rep. I asked if he could do any better than online booking and he offered me an incentive but so far I am unable to see if I am geting it or not. I spoke to another rep and he said he had to elevate it and would get back to me and that was almost 24 hours ago and have heard nothing. Would like to have this resolved.

Robin was very personable and friendly on a Christmas Eve.

The woman on the phone was exceptional. She told me things I wouldn’t even know to ask.

Slow response time

Food choices were good. Bartenders were nice. Especially Shabba @O'Sheehans bar & grill was professional, friendly and quick. He had to deal with the crowd when we first embarked and was exceptional. Bar Bar Lyn was incredible also, she remembered my drink after the first day. The buffet was ok but did offer a wide variety. Cagney's was delish and Magenta was great also. Hot tubs were crowded but you could find one with a little patience. Entertainment could have been better. The lounge was fun and had karaoke. Overall I would recommend Norwegian!
