It was straightforward and easy.

William Gisson was a dream to work with. I was having difficulties with the on-line booking tool payment (he and I came to learn the booking system over at Royal Caribbean was glitching out), and he picked things up and walked us through the process. He then gave me advices regarding signing up for cruises.com's perk program, as well as signing up and activating programs and ticketing through Royal Caribbean. In all, he spent a patient hour with me which was illuminating and edifying. Much appreciated, and great kudos to him. Thank you William!

I had some challenges with my booking, I contacted Cruises.com and was connected to Tracy Holman.She was very patient and attentive and got me booked for my next cruise.I will be cruising every month and I am glad a found a great customer service representative who can be there to assist. Pretty good job. Thought I had the travel ins. but he missed it. Got it later. Fast enough , agent messed up drink packages prices and had to check with Norwegian for correction.
