Sierra my agent was helpful. But the reason I called was because there was a special and I wanted to participate with it the sale stated it ended at midnight. I called in earlier that morning and was told they had no more in THAT CATEGORY. So I still booked but then was told that the special on board drink credit and WiFi would not be able to be added. She did however state she would call about it but when I called her back “they had nothing “ to offer me in its place. So I really should have just booked directly with MSC because there was no benefit I see going with cruises.com. I’ll come back to this thread if anything changes.

Was not emailed a receipt from Cruises.com I did receive confirmation from MSC cruise line. I purchased a drink package and travel insurance (at least I thought I did) and have no documentation.

I had a hard time feeling out the room and were it would be exactly. Last time with Holland was Alaska cruise- that was 5 Stars ⭐️
