Our rebooking experience had up and downs, ending on a very positive note. After a frustrating first attempt to cancel and rebook a May, 2026 Princess cruise and rebook to a similar cruise in 2027 ended inconclusively, I tried again later in the week. We very much appreciate the communication with Ms. Stahl during that call, and her efforts to assist us were most productive . We have a rebooking that fit us and are very pleased.
