easy to make the booking and select a cabin online. Difficult, confusing, and long wait for information by calling cruise.com agent. cruise.com needs to add space to add for cruise club membership numbers.

I saw a deal and booked it and then I tried to get a back to back in the same cabin but was told to call back today. I still have not done that because I had too many other priorities. I will try after finishing this survey.
