I saw online that I would need to put $25 down to hold my reservation, but when I booked online I was told I had to put down $335. I don't understand why that is.

The booking process seemed seemless online until I was asked to pay and then it gave me a phone number I had to call, which I despise! I prefer to do everything on online. With that being said, once I was able to talk to someone, the person was very helpful.
