No negative, all positive

I booked cruise on-line (Conf.# 180-46477467; Royal Conf.# 6423411) and as soon as I got automatic confirmation, I found two discrepancies: -1) I did not find list of (3) rewards had offered by Cruises.com:Your Earned Rewards & Bonus Offers:• CruisesOnly Rewards: Earn 10 points per $1 and redeem for cash!• Exclusive: Free Specialty Dinner for 2Lock in your cruise for just $25 per room!I called (800) 288-6006, but sales rep. did not find these rewards a well and promised report to rewards department. Still np respond.2)Summary charges increased for $25.00 – instead $2548.74 - $2573.74. I paid off for the cruise and do not need “Lock in your cruise for just $25 per room!” at all.I called again, and Aline? Explained that is group charges. I explained that we have no groups at all, just my wife and myself. She said O, sorry, this is processing fee.But neither Cruises.com no Royal Caribbean never even requested Processing fee.Unfortunately, I faced either very low level of expertise of sales persons or Zero responsibilities or both. Please, help.So I’m cruising last at least forty years, but never faced situation like this.I may say just: ‘Be careful!!! Cruises.com!”
