The 3rd person I dealt with was Sheila, she would rate an 11/10. Pleasant, patient, stayed in contact, extremely personable. The first person was Katie on Monday night, couldn’t get through to Princess so she said she would call me first thing on Tuesday. On Thursday morning I called her and left a message. Thursday afternoon , I hadn’t heard from her so I called the general line and got Jamie. We chatted, she said she saw the notes Katie had made and put me on hold. We got cut off and she never called back. Later, I called general again and got Sheila. I rated 4 because it took me 3 attempts to get booked,that shouldn’t happen. We spent over$30,000.

It was ok, alot different from actually talking to someone.

Kathy was extremely nice, professional and helpful. She made us feel booking our trip more relaxing. She explained everything. Would highly recommend her highly
