I called the number for groups as there was 3 different families booking the same cruise and I was going to buy them together and see if we could get close rooms. The lady on the phone couldn’t find my cruise for the same price on the same website. She was saying the best she could do is 400 dollars more per person. And suggested for me to pull up the website three different tabs and see if I could get rooms close together while booking them. The people on the phone representing the company should be able to see what I am seeing and not have to up charge me if I go through them vs online. Kind of crazy. Another option what paying for tips and gratuities was not an option through the website

Cruises.com made it so easy to book online. My husband and I did a weekend getaway, and we had a relaxing time. The ship MSC Seashore OMG was the best. This was our 6th cruise, but the first with MSC and it was one of the best we had. He wanted to us to do another one with them next year. The captain handles the ship so well not couldn't tell you was on ship unless you are looking outside.Thanks, MSC

I find it very relax and easy because of the agent that assist me .William Glisson makes it easier for me he is very professional knowlegeable but most of all his very polite and extending all the possibilities how he can help me with my booking. A big salute to him hope all of your agents are like him. For sure im going to promote William to all my friends and family.
