Booking is made difficult because of all the types of room choices and pricesunder one category. Takes a lot of time and research on rooms to figure out.Then email states $25.00 booking fee yet the room is at much higher priceto get that benefit, deceiving !

I was lied to and treated terribly by all except one employee, from booking agent to Lisa from customer recovery. I will be escalating this over the days and weeks to come. I have never been so dissatisfied with a companies performance. Shame on cruises.com
