I spoke with Chrissy Outlaw for several minutes regarding the booking of my cruise with MSC. Chrissy immediately exuberated a friendliness and helpfulness. We were able to get the booking straightened out; and she answered all my questions regarding preparations for the flight and cruise arrangements needed for this trip. I feel fortunate to have her for the travel agent to help make this trip as comfortable as possible.

VERY GOOD AND VERY WELL INFORMED ABOUT CRUISRS

I selected my cruise and entered all the information correctly only to get an error message at the end. I directed me to call the 800 number for customer support. I called and Linda was able to find my account and got my order through and took my deposit over the telephone. Linda was great and quickly resolved my issue. She also gave me her contact information in case I have any further issues or questions.
