Emily found the sailing i wanted. I asked for a half hour to call my companion to okay the details, and it was a good, cabin# and all. So i called right back on her extension. Never got a call back, yet. 3 hrs later and she said she'd be there till late. Not.

She was very patient in looking up a plethora of issues I had for various cruises on a variety of dates. She looked up group cruise only; she looked up cancelled bookings; Hilton Honors Reward Certificates and several cruises in general. She is a absolute jewel whom I am looking forward to working on the first of many group Celebrity cruises.

We were able to see the options and select the one that interested us the most. Easy to navigate the website. We did it all online.

I found what I wanted online and clicked to book it. None of the line item extra benefits promoted were included. I am checking but given my legal background, believe this violates the Fair Trade Act. If 100% confirmed, I’ll file a complaint. This is not a threat but if you are going to cheat or mislead buyers, you should answer for legally and make it right for customers. Equally bad, I had planned to take my girlfriend on a cruise but she died an horrific death. When I told the rep, he showed no compassion. I asked about a getting a cabin for a single person but was told I had to pay for two people. When I asked about booking in the morning, I felt pressured to make the booking. The rep had good qualities but the negatives outweighed the positives.
