Daniel Garron was extremely helpful and really enjoyed planning our cruise with him.

Jamie was very patient, explaining packages more than once if I did not understand initially, and careful to check on details of each element of the reservations. Due to lack of experience with the particular cruise line, she did not notice an age restriction on room occupancy initially but then did catch it, and so had to rebook the cabins to work with that that. We ended up on deck 1 when higher would have been preferable. At least we are booked on the specific departure date and itinerary that we needed, with windows. I would not hesitate to call her again for future bookings.

Tom was knowledgeable and quick to find us the best option. We had very limited dates that would work as we were taking our granddaughters on a cruise for Spring Break. Tom was able to identify the best option and got us locked in.
