Anna was great in helping us find exactly what we wanted for two back-to-back cruises. She was helpful, patient, personable, and a delight to talk with. She also double-checked to make sure that she had everything correct and that everything went through OK. I would use her again for booking our cruises.

Terri was great. Just had trouble getting to the rewards site. Apparently the verification was sent to an old address we no longer have access to. Don't know why they didn't use this address.
