Eric was very professional and tried very hard to get everything correct. As a former agent, It was obvious to me that he was new and was trying to follow a script. There were a few glitches with mybooking, however, they were handled professionally and with courtesy. In my opinion, Eric is going to make a good agent for the company.

We chose “u pick the room” but when we confirmed the cruise, the detail of getting a room was upsetting. Said we may not get a room based on our purchase pride level. I know we could get an upgrade but the unknown is not good for us. We are elderly, one guest is 89, the other guest is partially blind and recovering from a leg injury . I do plan to call the company. If I was able to see the detail of the cruise line picking a room , I would have picked a room myself.
