Quick and easy awesome service

The first try at booking was not so great. Just when I went to hit the final button to book online I lost power to my home for 2 1/2 hours. When I went back to finish, my session had timed out and so had the great deal I was getting for a 5 day cruise with a balcony. I ended up having to find another cruise for more $$ and one less day.

Angie was the best! She was patient with all our question and answered them politely. When we were on a 3 way call with multiple participants she kept her sense of humor and made sure we were all satisfied.

Reviewing the various options was quite complicated. But our travel agent (Julie) was quite patient with us and never displayed any frustration with our indecisiveness. She's very easy to work with.
